There was a lady who arrived late and made a big deal about not being able to join tour. we had already been trained and started. Juan tried his best to explain that you need time to check in, test the segways, etc and he had another tour after ours. He offered discount, or having her join next tour but she wasn’t having it. All this to say if there is a bad review it was not company’s fault!”
